Art or the World for the Second Time is a blank notebook, which considers ten questions on art and one 1000 citations of 561 authors which function as responses to the questions. This work was developed in 1997 by Horacio Zabala, Argentinian artist and one of the pioneers of conceptual art at the end of the 1960s. It is worth noting that this is the work of three artists from the Rio de la Plata Region (which includes Brian, Zabala and Ivanof and company.)

En la región del Río de la Plata, la devoción por Santa Rosa de Lima era muy profunda.Durante la festividad se fue observando que cada 30 de agosto, con cierta regularidad, se presentaban tormentas, lluvias y actividad eléctrica. Así nació en la cultura popular, la denominada "tormenta de Santa Rosa". Las grabaciones de la interferencia electrica [radioestática] ocasionada por la proximidad/presencia del temporal de Santa Rosa en diversas radiofrecuencias, fueron realizadas entre el 20 de agosto y el 8 de Septiembre del año 2002, en Montevideo-Uruguay.
In the region of Rio de la Plata, the devotion of Santa Rosa de Lima was
very deep. During the celebration, each 30 of August, storms, rain and electrical activity appear with regularity. Thus it was born in the popular culture, the denominated "Storm of Santa Rosa". Recordings of radiostatics [electrical interferences on radiofrequencies] caused by the
proximity/presence of the 'Tormenta de Santa Rosa', were carried out between the 20th of August and the 8th of September 2002, in Montevideo-Uruguay.
